1. Booking Amount / Token Amount
Any booking amount or token amount paid to reserve a property is generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in special cases where:
- The project is cancelled by the developer.
- Legal issues prevent the sale of the property.
- The booking was made due to incorrect information provided by our team (subject to verification).
2. Service Fees
- Service charges, consultation fees, documentation fees, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Fees paid for site visits, property verification, or professional services cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If a buyer cancels the booking voluntarily for personal reasons, refunds will not be provided for:
- Token amounts
- Advance payments
- Service fees
- Any charges paid towards property reservation
4. Cancellation by Company / Developer
A full or partial refund may be provided if Najoom Developers or the project developer cancels the booking due to:
- Project cancellation
- Legal compliance issues
- Unavailability of the selected unit
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–21 business days.
5. Mode of Refund
If eligible, refunds will be issued through:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Cheque
- Any original mode of payment
No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Verification & Documentation
To process a refund, the customer must provide:
- Payment receipts
- Government ID proof
- Bank details for refund
- Any additional documents requested for verification
Refund approval is subject to internal and developer-level checks.
7. No Refund for Offers or Promotions
Payments made under:
- Special offers
- Festive discounts
- Limited-time deals are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Changes to This Policy
Najoom Developers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
